By opting into the TIKTOK Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these rules and terms. Aviva Dallas (11818 Harry Hines Blvd STE 202) is conducting this Giveaway. The winner will be chosen with their top video views. Entrants can only win one prize. Starts April 15, 2022, to be held May 15, 2022, at Aviva Dallas. Must be 18 years of age or older to claim a prize. The winner cannot assign the award to another person for any reason. You need not be present at the drawing to win.
- You must post a video and share it on TIKTOK; the video must be more than 30 seconds.
- To enter or to win, you must be following AvivaDallas on TikTok.
- You must use #AvivaDallas and tag us at @AvivaDallas.
- Winners will be selected by the most views on their upload.
- Video needs to include either our store shopping spree or items bought from Aviva Dallas.
Board members of Aviva Dallas and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter the Giveaway. Winners will have a week (7) days from the notification of winning to claim their prize. If the winner fails to claim their prize within a week (7) days, for whatever reason, the winner will forfeit the award; an alternate winner WILL NOT be selected.
Prizes: The grand prize winner of the 2022 raffle can select one of the following ten prizes: (1) VISA Gift Card $350 (2) VISA Credit Card $250 (3) VISA Gift Card $150 (4-5) $100 VISA Gift Card (6-10) $50 in-store credit. PRIZES CAN NOT BE CONVERTED INTO CASH!

By submitting the video online on TikTok, and using the correct #AvivaDallas you are giving Aviva Dallas permission to use the video on any platform they will use.
